It’s a tumultuous ride. On this vessel a mad woman is fixed, mutable and cardinal.. My waters are warm, my sea is engulfing. Take off your clothes at sunrise on my shores and run in like the wild thing you are. Let my adoration splash against you salty and inviting. This sea is endless. I am she.

In the three year old classroom kitchen play area they have a toy toaster. Me and this one kid sat in the corner having a picnic and she grabbed some toy potato chips and put them into the toaster.. She then pushed the lever on the side and waited with a huge excited grin on her face then ~*•.°POW.°*•~ the chips jumped high into the air between us… I laughed so hard I was crying. These are snippets of my life as a preschool teacher. Kids are high on my favorite people list.

Layers of love stories piles of precious velvet lay thick and heavy upon my heart. I pull away each layer to dig out my soul, but I keep lingering on memories. They hum and whisper sweet songs that were made just for me. I get caught by a stitch or burn. Lose myself in remembering our special patterns. I can hear the honeybees buzzing in my red delicious heart. They remind me I am queen. So i continue digging through soft, luxurious fabric doing my best not to linger here or digress. I’m on a mission I want to love to be loved back but I fear adding another layer over my heart. I don’t want to bury her She’s a good and sturdy vessel.
